Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 – 72 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak seasons (such as Black Friday, Christmas, national holidays, or major promotional events), processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

OMNIIIX is not responsible for customs delays or additional import charges imposed by local authorities.

Delays Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier service interruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes

  • Public health emergencies

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, external factors may occasionally impact transit times.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages.

  • Reshipping fees may apply.

Please double-check your address before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, OMNIIIX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you purchased “Protect Your Order”, please contact us immediately and we will assist you according to coverage terms.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Please allow 2–5 days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
